Crossing the Cabin Creek on the northwestern edge of Lewis county near KY 984, this 114-foot single-span Burr truss bridge was built in 1873 and is also known as the Rectorville or the Mackey-Hughes Bridge by the locals over time.
Closed to traffic in 1983 and damaged by IKE in 2008. At At the time these pictures were taken, it had been cross strapped and trees marked for removal before repairs to continue.
